The Client

Across its newspapers and consumer magazines, Northern & Shell has an estimated 7 million unique readers. Undoubtedly, given the make up of its portfolio, a significant proportion of these readers will be young and unmarried, and therefore predisposed to sharing and / or renting properties. At the same time, with a title like The Express, there will also be an older audience interested in property sales and sharing / renting holiday homes.

The Project

Totally Communications Limited entered into a joint venture agreement with Northern and Shell, publishers of amongst others the Daily Express, Daily Star and OK! Magazine.

Totally Communications provides its proprietary online private property classified software and customer relationship management software to the Express, Daily Star and OK! websites, and N&S will promote the new service across its websites and print publications.

The Results
