Link Acquisition & Optimisation

One of the most important aspects of a well performing website in the Search Engines is the number and quality of inbound links it has pointing to it. Put simply, search engines see a link from one website to another as a vote of confidence. The more votes a website has the better chance it has to rank well for a specific term.

In this extremely competitive market it is likely we will need to acquire 100’s of relevant links to be successful whilst being cognisant of “spamming” and risking a Search Engine Penalty.

We will aim to acquire a few authoritative, relevant links with good anchor text as these far outweigh hundreds of low quality links from irrelevant sites. These links pass more link juice and are therefore better to target.


Content Propagation & Sharing

Website content is one of the most important factors of SEO. Aside from the static “website copy” the site needs to be updated regularly with fresh, engaging content. For the most part this will be hosted in the website News channel. This content will help us acquire links and reach out to other networks (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

We may also require content to publish on third party sites such as niche article sites and review sites. We also understand that creating this sort of content can be time consuming, but will require regular input to create original and engaging content. We will supply a detailed content specification early on in the campaign to aid with this process.


Statistical Analysis

We will use a number of tools to analyse and review the campaign however initially we always recommend the use of Google Analytics to monitor website usage and statistics. Google Analytics is a powerful enterprise level easy to integrate solution, available for free. The easy integration of code into websites can also extend to AdWords and / or Google site search monitoring.
