Totally Giving

Totally Giving is a piece of software our technology and charity specialists at Totally Communications have created to benefit the Charity and Not For Profit sector who we work very closely with.

The purpose of the software is to enable charities to engage with their fundraisers without requiring them to leave their branded environment; whilst enabling them to capture the data from the actual fundraisers themselves, who feel they are engaging with the charity as well as the individual fundraiser.

The Software

Totally Giving is a fundraising platform like "Just Giving" or "Virgin Money Giving" but can be completely 'white-labelled' to sit within your charity branding - and all the data captured belongs to your charity.

As Charities know, there is nothing more valuable than data when it come's to reaching out to potential new donors and building relationships with your supporters - and Totally Giving provides this by the bucket load. 

We have experience linking Totally Giving into CRM systems and Fundraising Platforms such as ThankQ, Workbooks, and Raiser's Edge - making capturing data and utilising it in uniquely personalised (e)mailing campaigns.

Totally Giving can be used in two ways - either to support events set up by the Charity themselves, or to facilitate individual fundraising by supporters who have a specific event or idea in mind. 

What's more, it provides a whole range of features to keep the fundraisers and their donors engaged, such personalised pages complete with video and photo gallery functionalities, blogs, leadership boards, and a whole array of Social Media tools to ensure the message gets out there onto the web.

KEY FACTS

Totally Giving is all about the Data. Charities will have access to and own all the data from their soft donors (these are the people who are fundraising but not necessarily giving money themselves) but also All the data from their hard donors (these are the people that are actually giving to the fundraiser)

Anecdotal evidence suggests that 60-70% of all soft donors giving through the Totally Giving platform will say they are happy to be contacted by the charity being fundraised for.  This is because they have already engaged with the brand and in doing-so have become supporters of the charity, not just the fundraiser themselves.

What's more, fundraisers totally love Totally Giving, with virtually all of them choosing to set up accounts with the organisations using the software rather than using an unrelated self-branded platform like Virgin Money Giving.
