ClearKit - Self Assessments

The Clear Company is the UK's leading auditor of inclusive best practice in recruitment. Over the last decade they have audited recruitment policy, process and practice for some of the UK's leading employers creating better opportunities for people from under represented groups in the work place.
The Brief
To design & develop a Web Application to faciliate the self  assesment functionality of the ClearKit. The web tool would also include a Resource Centre, Experts Q&A, Online Directory and other functionality to help organisations with their specialist recruitment needs.
The Result
Using agile development methodology, we completed the project within a very tight deadline and met the requirements that it must be web-based, easy to use and accessible to everyone.
