BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Commission only for the first 6 months with the expectation of a full time, longer term contract with basic salary, subject to performance.

Reporting to the Managing Director the job role includes:

• Identifying and building relationships with prospects that will result in the sale of web design, development and consulting services.
• Achieve quarterly and annuals sales revenue targets.
• With assistance from the MD establish and manage the sales strategy for prospects and increase lead generation.
• Oversee the development and presentation of the solution value proposition and negotiating pricing and contractual terms.
• Attend exhibitions and networking events.

Candidate Profile

A strong, proven background in sales, preferably in web development and online marketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.

A self starter used to working to aggressive targets and who enjoys working without constant supervision that has strong organisation, time management and prioritization skills.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: 16k-20k depending on experience
This client facing role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in technical project management or Customer Relations within a successful web design agency.

You will report directly to the Client Services Director and will be responsible for the day to day management of all client accounts. This will involve working closely with both the design and technical teams ensuring client satisfaction in both small and large scale projects. Other responsibilities include Customer relationship management, help desk management, project management, account up-sell and recognizing marketing opportunities.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be proactive and intuitive but equally comfortable working within a team. You will have a keen interest in websites and the internet and embrace new technologies. Advanced computer literacy is essential and exposure to website and online technologies is a bonus. You will be up skilled in many internet related technologies and services including Search Engine Marketing.

Would suit recent graduate or school leaver with at least 2 years commercial experience.

ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

The role will be a combination of business development and hands on campaign management with the opportunity to build and manage a team.

We are looking for an experienced PHP / MySQL developer to join our existing in-house development team.

Candidates must have confident MYSQL/PHP skills ideally in a LAMP environment.
