Claire has been part of the Totally Communications team since 2009. Her job revolves around our clients, she is the first point of contact and also heads up the help desk and support team. If she’s not doing that, she is project managing web builds and making sure our clients are happy. Since being at Totally, Claire has managed to become a certified Agile Project Manager, certified in Web Accessibility Essentials and also Google Adwords Qualified.
