During this period Andy also delivered consulting services to organisations including Graff Diamonds where he undertook extensive process analysis across the entire organisation, defined global IT strategy, undertook extensive change management, supplier review and selection, ongoing supplier management and programme management. SAP Business-One was implemented as a global solution. 
United Synagogue, Consultant IT Director; defined and executed organisation-wide 5-year IT strategy covering hardware, software, personnel, process definition, change management, trustee and stakeholder management.
Patient First Alliance Short, but high-level, high profile consultancy to one of the bidding groups for the computerisation of the NHS; dispatched to San Francisco to secure the involvement of California’s largest provider of health care services, Kaiser Permanente. Consortium successfully reached the shortlist of 7 companies. Also, downsized and helped secure a number of organisations in distress including: Interactive Collector Plc; IDesk Plc; Heritage Images Partnership; Ant Software

Andy founded Totally Communications in 2000 and is responsible for the day to day operations of the business (P&L, Sales, supplier management, client relationship management and Programme Management). 

As a strong advocate of the Agile Methodology, Andy introduced this into the company at a very early stage ensuring the company always delivered fit-for-purpose, cost-effective software that matched client’s requirements.
