I, like a few others here have been at Totally since the dawn of time. I started life in PC support and then moved over to Web development.

Having not been able to get my head around if/else statements, it dawned on me that:

1. I was not cut out for hands-on Web Development
2. If I became more client facing I could spend much more time "in meetings" and avoid any real work (so the tech guys said).

Point 2. was initially a moment of genius and part way made up for the dissapointment of point 1. That was 5 years ago and I now spend at least 25 hours a day in meetings.

Metaphorically speaking I sit in the middle of the Client, Designer, Developer triangle ensuring that everything to do with the project runs as smooth as possible.

Physically I sit in the corner.

I dont mind, it's given me the opportunity to avoid more real work by formalising my SEO and PPC skills. Google even gave me a badge/logo to put on this website because I did good.

I also moonlight as a judge for a well known Website Awards contest which hopefully shows that there is at least one person out there that values my opinion. (I feel obliged to mention that it is NOT the same awards that we won!)

On an ongoing basis I will probably be your first point of contact at Totally from the intial time you meet with us to well after your project has gone "live". We truly want to be your online partners and not just suppliers.
